Awesome, progress is great!! Good thing you posted when you did; kept me from eating too much ice cream. Very Happy

Yeeha, progress!!

I have finally lost some weight, not a lot but hey it is a start considering I have not been dieting.
I think the hypnotherapy is wonderful! It makes me want to exercise!

Anyway I have ordered a book that comes with a CD - the Gabriel method, have you heard of it?
It looks ok, not a diet but a lifestyle change including visualisations. Will let you know when I get it and how it goes.

I have not done a lot of Cardio and opt for the Strength. I might change over to other strength than the MWP email ones soon though!!

I'm doing okay, but no better than okay. Mostly skipping the cardio for strength training. I keep telling myself 'strength training IS cardio.' I dunno, guess we'll see in a few weeks if I have any results.
I found a pair of my pre-baby jeans the other day. They're...way smaller than I am now. lol I'm not sure if they're motivating or just depressing.

Hi everyone!

I'm now registered on the new site. Looks good!

I'm doing some exercise, but not as often as I should be. But I am aching this morning after a good session yesterday!

I need to work on a new schedule, as I will take over next week as lead instructor here and I can't exercise straight after diving. If I'm diving more the activity days are covered, but need to make time to do some cardio.

How's everyone else going?

Yaaay, good to be back! I've thought of so much to write over the last three days, and now I've forgotten most of it. Oh well...
I've not lost any weight either, and my food choices were much better while the actual challenge was going. Trying to get back into that, but it's a little harder with the hubby home! I ate a lot of fish that month, and he hates fish. And chicken. Salads aren't great either. -sigh-
I did one helluva workout last night, though. I think I pushed myself a bit too hard, since I was a bit nauseous afterwords. I'm a little sore today, but I'll do the plank at least, and maybe some crunches or something. Didn't work my abs much last night.

Go to profile to put in your ticker, I think. The signiture box is way down at the bottom. I need to do that too.
Please do post those mp3's!

I am back, no I need to figure out how to add my ticker back in.
I have been exercising heaps (lots of walking) and the food choices are better too.
The scales are not showing anything but that is ok, I feel better anyway!

PS Let me know if anyone is interested in those hypnotherapy mp3s then I will put them on a page on my server!
