I really should start listening to those. I need to put them on a CD, because there's nowhere to relax around my computer.
All that easter chocolate is just too darn tempting.
Losing weight slowly is a good thing! It means you'll keep it off more easily, I think.

The funny thing is once I started with the Hypno sessions I have been eating what I felt like and the bizarre thing is that I did not feel like crappy food, the good food decisions came without thinking about it! And the bonus is that I have been losing weight, slowly..true, but still losing!

I'm tired all the time. I was doing so well on my diet during the challenge, and now I've just kinda petered out and gone back to eating not healthy things, and just not enough food in general. Guess I need to start working on that again..-sigh.-

I rest on the weekends, and only do really HARD workouts on M-W-F. Tuesday and Thursday are mostly cardio, so I don't feel TOO bad about missing one.

It is no good to exercise every day, you need your rest day's though dont you?
I started dropping when I did not do my rigorous exercise.

Yaaay, that's wonderful! I think I've lost about half an inch 'round my hips.
Skipped last night's workout. Neutral Oh well, tonight's another night.

Waaaah! I thought I'd step on the scales to check. This was mid morning after breakfast... and I lost almost another kg. It all seems to go better when you don't pay attention.

Have not lost a lot but surely my clothes fit better.

Have received the Gabriel Method book and CD and it al lmakes sense what he is saying. So will let you know how this saga unfolds!!!

Hey ladies,

How're you two doing? Doing my nightly workouts has almost become routine, so maybe I'll be able to keep it up. Smile

My diet is getting a little better...I just discovered that you're supposed to eat a post-workout meal, or you actually LOSE muscle mass. Seems rather counter-productive. So, carbs (from fruit seems to be best) and protein. A lot of trainers recommend a fruit smoothie with whey protein powder in it. Haven't gotten any protein powder, so I've just been having chicken and a piece of fruit.

Haven't lost anything yet, but hubby says I have more definition in my tummy and I can finally do 10 push ups!

I had one of them! lol The other one is still sitting in it's wrapper, begging to be eaten...and now it's that time of month and I REALLY want it!!!

I'm still being good about exercising! Having the weekend to rest was nice.

And did you have the chocolate eggs?? Very Happy

How are you both doing?

I am doing ok I think, keeping up my exercise, not so focused on the scales anymore. The scales seem to be bouncing up and down with more than a kg difference. But then again the spikes are not as high anymore so the trend seems to be down, not fast but it doesnt matter. My clothes seem to fit slightly better and I am feeling better and that is all that matters isnt it?
I quit dieting so now focusin on eating better and the exercise so it might take longer to get the weight off but if it stays off then that is ok!

Yaaaaaay, it's Friday!! I've been really good about working out this week, and I have one more to do tonight, but I'm looking forward to a weekend of rest. I might go on a run; don't really know yet.
I'm SORE from this week, but it feels good. Smile
My husband brought me two BIG dark chocolate eggs this morning. I'm not sure if I should thank him or not!! Very tempting to just have chocolate and milk for breakfast. lol

Happy birthday Tina!!! Glad you're wanting to eat well.
Me, I gained two and a half pounds (roughly a kg.) I'm remembering that Drk did too, so I'm hoping it'll start melting away soon!
I've been pretty good about exercising so far this week. I have a killer cardio/strength routine that I'll post, and last night my (army) husband put me through the paces. Owwww. I thought he loved me...Wink

I'm on holiday as it's my birthday. I did bring my exercise ball, but haven't actually done anything with it. Back to it when I get back. A very positive thing is that I really do want eat well. We are eating salad at lunchtime and lots of fruit. If there are not enough veg or salad with the meal, we are ordering it separately. If there isn't veg or salad I really do miss it! Think it might be working! Cool Now just got to work on the exercise side.

Great with the weight loss!
