Three sizes is enormous, how did she do it?
I think I dropped one in three months....

yeah but

Post by drksecret on Thu Apr 24, 2008 9:57 am

body shape changes too, I am not even looking at my skinny jeans, too depressing.
Just taking it step by step as long as the weight is (slowly) dropping and I am feeling better it must be all good.
So keep up the good work, not sure if strength is cardio but it is certainly good.
I am forever walking around the house (up the stairs and down again) picking up stuff, must be good too, surely!!

Nothing to report here, unfortunately. I saw a friend yesterday that I haven't seen in a few months, and she dropped three sizes! I really feel like a slug now. More motivated though! Seeing someone who's had such awesome results helps a bit.

Well no weight progress to report but I had to buy a new bra because I changed two sizes (not the cup mind you).
So I suppose that is just as good as weight progress Very Happy

Wish I'd thought to measure around my waist before I started. I've lost about an inch around my butt, though. Smile Darn kids makin' my hips big! Wink I'm pretty sure I'll never fit in some of my pre-Anna jeans, but I can live with that. I just don't have a 'girl' figure anymore, it's more...woman-y. lol

Muscle weighs more than fat and with the amount of exercise you do you must have created a heap of muscle. Some say it is better to measure than to weigh! Every week I plan to measure and I forget so return to the scales.
I weigh a kilo more than last week so must be muscle ;-) (or water or...I dunno)

Man, I really dropped the ball last week. I think I only did two workouts the whole week, and that is after skipping two the week before!
Starting out well this week, though! I will weigh myself this Wednesday.

On a completely different not...For some reason my apostrophe brings up the search bar on my web browser, and my arrow keys are not working at all. Very weird.

I think weighing in on wednesdays is what Michelle recommended? I dunno, I know I read that SOMEwhere.
I'm glad you're losing weight!! It's so encouraging. Smile I'll have to check the scales sometime soon, myself. lol I know so far my butt looks better!
Moving workouts to the mornings. Yay.

More progress, lost some more this week. I have noticed that wednesdays are better weighing days than mondays (maybe recovering from the weekend excesses Neutral ). So this week I lost about half a kilo, pretty good though, as long as it is dropping I am happy! - and all those without dieting, yeeha!
Maybe I have finally foung THE way! Very Happy

yes that is what I reckon too. I put mine on my phone (that has Mp3 player) so I always have them with me no matter what I do.
